Responsibilities
- Originate Downsizer and Residential Mortgages
- Identify the right mortgage products within our investor environment, FHA, VA, HELOC, Fannie Mae, Non-QM and in-house portfolio products
- Find and acquire new prospects
- Work with local Real Estate Agents and Builders to prospect and close transactions
- Sell benefits of mortgage loan financing programs
- Ongoing communications with borrowers
Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ of mortgage sales or related experience
- Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator preferred
- Strong phone and in-person presence
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication skills
