Laneachia Burton has been working in the mortgage and finance industry for over 10 years. She has extensive experience in loan processing, underwriting, and home valuation. When asked about her excitement to join the Onward team she says “I love problem-solving and challenges – they create opportunities to grow and learn new things”.

Additionally, Laneachia loves working with the variety of people in our business, providing an excellent customer experience. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family including her daughter and son doing any outdoor activity. She is a proud new grandma to an adorable grandson.
